How we started in 2019
Link Building Italy began in a small office on Via Roma 22 when two former journalists and an SEO consultant noticed the same problem repeatedly: international brands entering Italy were buying links from sites Italian readers would never trust, or sending outreach in English to editors who worked exclusively in Italian.
We started with a simple offer. Research the right publishers, pitch stories worth printing, and place links inside content that belonged on the page. No link farms, no recycled guest posts on irrelevant domains. Word spread among agency partners in Milan and London, and by 2021 we had outgrown the fifth-floor space and brought on dedicated outreach managers for fintech, travel, and ecommerce.
Today we work with SaaS companies, ecommerce brands, and regulated industries that need Italian visibility without cutting corners. Our Rome team handles research, pitching, and quality control. We still walk past the same coffee bar on Via Roma every morning, and we still judge every campaign by whether an Italian editor would publish it without a second thought.
